Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Wpmxg, operated by 1114 W 26TH COURT HOLDING LLC. We want customers to have clear information before placing an order and before requesting a return.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • We accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

2. Product Condition and Return Window

  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any included components.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is required.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, unauthorized alteration, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned with missing parts, missing packaging, or signs of use that prevent resale as new.
  • Items sent back without contacting us first and without return instructions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wpmxg.shop. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and package condition. We will review the information and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

6. Return Request Process

  1. Email support@wpmxg.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Review the return address below before shipping any item back.
  3. Pack the item securely with all included parts and packaging.
  4. Ship eligible returns to this return address: 1001 PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA HWY, RIVIERA BEACH, FL, 33404, US.

7. Method and Fees

  • Return method: by mail.
  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

8. Inspection and Refund Timing

After a returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refund processing time is 10 days after the refund is approved and submitted. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted when the requested item is in stock and the returned item meets this policy. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be processed after the returned item is approved.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it, but the customer may request a return after delivery under this policy.
